SA和Ca2+配合对月季切花的保鲜效果及其生理机制

摘要:

研究了含水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)和Ca2+的保鲜剂对月季切花的保鲜效果及其生理作用.结果表明,SA和Ca2+相配合可明显改善月季切花的水分代谢,增加花枝鲜重,显著延长月季切花的瓶插寿命.另外,SA和Ca2+相配合的处理还可明显延缓花青素的降解速度,降低细胞膜相对透性,显著增加SOD和CAT的活性.因此,SA和Ca2+相配合的处理显著延长切花瓶插寿命,增大最大花径,改善月季切花的观赏品质.其中,以50 mg L 1 SA和0.5%CaCl2配合对月季切花保鲜的效果较好.

Abstract:

The effects of SA integrating with Ca2+ on preservation in cut roses and the physiological mechanism were studied.The results showed that the treatment of SA with Ca2+ could significantly improve the metabolism of water,increase the fresh weight,and markedly extend the vase life of cut flowers.Moreover,the treatment of SA integrating with Ca2+ could significantly delay the speed of the degradation of anthocyanin,decrease relative membrane permeability,markedly improve SOD and CAT activity.Therefore,the treatment of SA integrating with Ca2+ could significantly extend the vase life of cut flowers,increase the diameter of cut flowers,and greatly improve ornamental quality of cut roses.Through the observation and determination of these indexes,the treatment of 50 mg SA and 0.5% CaCl2 was considered to be the optimum one because of its distinct preservation effects.
