目的 :研究血清脂蛋白 (a)的浓度和糖尿病的大血管并发症的关系。方法 :用酶联免疫吸附法定量测定 5 0例 型糖尿病患者和 5 0例正常人的血清脂蛋白 (a)水平 ,同时对糖尿病合并有大血管病变患者与无血管病变的患者的脂蛋白 (a)进行对比分析。结果 :糖尿病患者脂蛋白 (a)水平明显高于正常对照组 ,糖尿病患者有大血管病变组脂蛋白 (a)水平较无大血管病变组升高尤其显著。结论 :脂蛋白 (a)与糖尿病 型大血管病变的发生有密切的关系
Abstract：Objective: To investigate the relationship between the serum Lp(a)and macrovascular complications of type Ⅱ diabetic patients .High serum Lp(a) concentration may be associated with a high risk of macrovascular complications in type Ⅱ diabetic. Methods: The subjects are 50 type Ⅱ diabetes patients(25 with macrovascular complications and 25 without macrovascular complications)and 50 normal subjects, we use the ELISE to measure the serum Lp(a) in both type Ⅱ diabetes and normal People. Results: Diabetic serum Lp(a) concentration is nigher than mormal pelple, and serum Lp(a) concentration in diabetes with macrovascular complications is higher than those without mactovascular complications. Conclusion: Serum Lp (a) is strongly associated with type Ⅱ diabetic macrovascular complications.
