目的 :探讨改进小肠钡剂灌肠插管技术。方法 :将内镜与放射学相结合 ,34例患者接受内镜引导下插管低浓度钡剂灌肠检查。结果 :34例患者在内镜引导下插管到十二指肠降段均成功 ,插管成功率为 10 0 % ;发现 8例阳性病灶 ,检查阳性率为 2 5 %。结论 :内镜引导下插管低浓度钡剂小肠灌肠检查法 ,将内镜与放射学相结合 ,插管成功率高 ,病人痛苦少 ,容易发现病灶 ,不需特殊贵重设备 ,适宜于基层以上医院开展

Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the improvement of the intubating technique of small intestinal Barium enema,jojining the endoscopy with the radiology. Methods:A total of 34 patients were intubated and conducted lower concentrations Barium into duodenal descendent with the endoscopy. Results:Conducted by the endoscopy,34 patients were all succeeded to be intubated into duodenal descendent. The success rate was 100%. Were found in the 8 of 34 patients focis. The positive rate was 25%. Conclusion:Conducted by the endoscopy, intubating and infusing lower concentrations Barium into duodenal descendent, this small intestinal enema therapy joining endoscopy with radiology, had a higher success rate and the less pain of patients. It is easy to find focus and needn't use special expensive equipments. It can be adopted by the basic level hospitals.
