摘要：
分析了DV视频和1394采集卡的主要性能特点,介绍了基于PC的DV视频的采集和编辑技巧,为初学者提供一些解决影视编辑中常见问题的经验和方法。
Abstract：Analyzes some primary capabilities and characteristics of the DV video and the 1394 video capturing card, some methods and skills of capturing and editing for DV video based on PC are discussed , presents some experience and solutions for common problems in video editing.
