研究壳聚糖对夏季奶牛血液生化指标的影响.选择30头中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为处理组和对照组(每组各15头),进行添加剂饲喂对比试验.结果表明:添加壳聚糖后,奶牛血液的皮质醇、磷、葡萄糖显著提高(P<0.01),甲状腺素、钾、氯、钙显著提高(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶显著下降(P<0.01)、pH值显著下降(P<0.05).说明壳聚糖对夏季奶牛的内分泌和体液平衡的调节有明显效果.

To study the effects of chitosan on biochemical indicators in cows′ blood during summer.30 Chinese-Holstein dairy cows were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 15 cows.Took additives feeding contrast experiment.The result showed that:after adding chitosan,cortisol,P,glucose in cows′ blood were very significantly improved(P<0.01),thyroxine,potassium,chlorine,calcium were significantly improved(P<0.05),aspertate aminotransferase,creatine kinase were very significantly descended(P<0.01),pH were significantly descended(P<0.05).The research suggests that the utilization of chitosan has obvious effect in regulating of cows′ endocrine and fluid balance during summer.
