利用荧光光谱法研究了温度和浓度对聚苯乙烯(polystyrene,PS)荧光特性的影响。研究表明,PS在四氢呋喃溶液中有2个荧光发射波长:334、345 nm,并且荧光强度随着温度的升高而升高,原因可能是溶剂效应限制了PS分子链的运动,使分子间碰撞的几率减少。另外随着溶液浓度的增加,PS的荧光强度逐渐下降,其原因可能是当溶液处于较高浓度时,分子之间的相互作用增大,PS二聚体的形成导致发生荧光淬灭现象。
Abstract:The effect of temperature and concentration on the fluorescence properties of polystyrene(PS)was analyzed with fluorescence spectrum. The results showed that there were two fluorescence emissionwavelength:334 nm and 345 nm in tetrahydrofuran solution,and the fluorescence intensity of PSenhanced as the temperature rises due to cage effect of solvent. In addition,with the increase of theconcentration of PS in the solution,the fluorescent intensity decreases nonlinearly,this is because PSdimers are formed in the solvent.
