论高等院校足球选项课中的运动损伤与预防

摘要：
对高等院校足球选项课中运动损伤进行了调查和研究,从运动解剖学、运动生理学、运动医学诸方面分析讨论了运动损伤的原因与规律,提出了预防运动损伤发生的措施和办法。
Abstract：Researches into and investigates the injury in college football course, discusses the reason and regularity of this spors injury from athletic anatomy, athletic physiology, athletic medicine aspects, presents the countermeasure to prevent the injury.
