基于热传递数学模型的高温作业服织物厚度设计

摘要:

针对高温作业服的第Ⅱ层防水层和第Ⅳ层空气层的厚度选取问题,建立三层织物-空气层-假人皮肤层的热传递模型,采用有限差分法求解模型的偏微分方程并利用MATLAB数学软件进行计算,得到三维温度分布图;在假设的约束条件下确定了第Ⅱ层防水层和第Ⅳ层空气层的最优厚度分别为19. 06和5. 78 mm。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of thickness selection of the layer Ⅱ waterproof layer and the layer Ⅳ air layer of the high temperature working suit,the heat transfer model of three-layer of fabric,air layer,artificial human skin layer was established,the partial differential equation of the model was solved by the finite difference method and the MATLAB mathematical software was used for calculation. The data of temperature distribution were obtained,and a three-dimensional temperature distribution map was generated. Under hypothetical conditions,the optimal thicknesses of layer Ⅱ of waterproof layer and layer Ⅳ of air layer were 19. 06 mm and 5. 78 mm,respectively.
