利用标准k-ε湍流模型对夹杂煤粒的油滴油气混合物(以下简称颗粒两相流)在微油燃烧器中的流场特性进行分析研究,并采用水平集方法对颗粒两相流的运动轨迹进行模拟。仿真结果很好地描述了颗粒两相流在燃烧室内X轴方向的速度分布、煤颗粒的浓度分布和运行轨迹,系统节油率达到95%以上。
Abstract:The standard k- ε turbulence model was used to analyse the flow field character of oil and gasmixture mixed with coal particles(partical two-phase flow)in micro-oil burner,and the level set method(LSM)was used to simulate the trajectory of partical two-phase flow. The simulation results described thevelocity distribution along X-axis of partical two-phase flow in firebox,as well as the concentration andtrack of coal particle,it provides theoretical basis for in-depth study of gasificating micro-oil ignitiontechnology.
