目的:了解江汉大学附属医院中成药的使用情况,分析用药合理性,掌握中成药的使用规律。方法:采用DDDs分析方法和药物经济学方法,结合销售金额、日用药金额、功效、剂型综合分析该院2010-2011年中成药的应用情况。结果:2010-2011年该院中成药的销售金额呈上升趋势,心脑血管药物的DDDs连续两年位居前列,药物的剂型、价格、功效等直接影响用药情况。结论:该院中成药应用基本合理,疗效确切、剂型先进、价格适中的医保类中成药在临床应用中占有优势。

Objective: To know the use of Chinese patent medicine in Affiliated Hospital of Jianghan University,to analyze rationality of medicine use and to master the law of using the medicine.Methods: To comprehensively analyze quantity of using Chinese patent medicine from 2010 to 2011 in the hospital by adopting DDDs analyzing method and pharmacoeconomic method,together with sales sum,daily medicine-using sum,effects and dosage-type.Results: The hospital's sales sum of Chinese patent medicine shows an upward trend,DDDs of medicine about heart cerebrovascular diseases were at the front in the two successive years and dosage-type,price,effects,ect.direct influenced the use of medicine.Conclusion: The use of Chinese patent medicine in the hospital is basically reasonable.The effect is obvious.The Chinese patent medicine with proper effect,advanced dosage-type and proper price approved by the medical insurance has taken advantage in clinical application.
