植物凝集素检测方法的研究进展

摘要:

近年来,植物凝集素的检测方法得到一定发展,但由于植物凝集素的检测难度高于一般生化物质,目前的方法尚未达到高通量、高灵敏度、高稳定性的要求。在介绍植物凝集素的种类以及生物学活性的基础上,着重分析了植物凝集素相关的检测方法研究进展,同时对今后植物凝集素的检测方法研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

In recent years,the detection methods of plant lectin have been developed. However,the detection of plant lection is more difficult than general biochemical substances,the current methods have not yet reached the requirement of high throughput,high sensitivity and high stability. On the basis of discussion of the species and biological activity of plant lectin,this paper focuses on the analysis of plant lectin related detection methods. and prospects for the future research direction of detection methods of plant lectin.
