目的:探讨耳聋胶囊对治疗纯音听阈呈感音神经性聋的分泌性中耳炎患者的作用。方法:将电测听表现为感音神经性聋的71例分泌性中耳炎患者分为耳聋胶囊治疗组(51例)及临床对照组(20例),耳聋胶囊治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用耳聋胶囊口服,观察两组患者治疗前后纯音听阈的变化情况。结果:耳聋胶囊治疗组治疗效果优于临床对照组,差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:耳聋胶囊治疗对呈感音神经性聋的分泌性中耳炎有提高听力的治疗作用。
Abstract：Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Er Long capsule in the treatment on sensorineural hearing loss associated with secretory otitis media.Methods: Randomly divided 71 cases into two groups: normal therapeutic methods adds Er Long capsule group(therapic group) and normal therapeutic methods control group(control group).Results: In the control group,the effective mate was 70% while that was 86.3% in the treatment group(P<0.05).The treatment effect of Er Long group is better than control group,there is statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Er Long capsule is an effective medicine in the treatment on sensorineural hearing loss associated with secretory otitis media.
