目的 :探讨老年高血压患者血清瘦素 (Leptin)水平变化及意义。方法 :采用放射免疫测定 41例老年高血压患者和 2 5例老年非高血压患者血清瘦素与正常人对照。结果 :老年高血压组血清瘦素明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,也高于老年非高血压组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :老年高血压患者血清瘦素较非高血压者高 ,提示血清瘦素与高血压有显著的相关性
Abstract：Objective: To investigate the variation and significance of serum leptin in the hypertensive.Methods: 41 cases of the elderly hypertensive were determined for the serum leptin with radio immunoassay. The result was compared with that of 25 cases of the elderly non hypertensive and normal controls.Results: The serum leptin level of the elderly hypertensive is obviously higher than that of normal controls ( P < 0.01 ) and also is higher than that of the elderly non hypertensives ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: The serum leptin levels of the elderly hypertensive is higher than that of non hypertensives. It suggests that serum leptin is highly correlated with hypertention.
