用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测曼氏血吸虫单克隆抗体(Mc Ab)H417与日本血吸虫31/32kd抗原、斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫粗抗原、旋毛虫幼抗原及猪囊虫抗原的反应,结果显示,Mc AbH417旋毛虫、斯氏狸殖吸虫及猪囊虫抗原反应时,其消光值极低,而当日木血吸虫抗原与Mc AbH417反应时,其消光值读数较高,且与抗原稀释度呈线性关系.结果提示,抗曼氏血吸虫的Mc AbH417能识别异源性血吸虫抗原.
