采用牌号为FL7641L、TF400、PPH-T03的3种聚丙烯(PP)为增韧剂,以牌号为8540、9071、DF810的3种聚烯烃弹性体(POE)以及聚烯烃弹性体接枝马来酸酐(POE-g-MAH)为增容剂,利用共混改性的方法对尼龙66进行增韧改性研究。实验结果表明:POE-g-MAH对尼龙66的增韧效果明显,牌号为TF400的聚丙烯对尼龙66在一定范围内有增韧效果,POE的增韧效果不明显;并且增韧剂的加入均使共混材料的熔体质量流动速率(MFR)有所下降;在PP/POE-g-MAH/尼龙66三元共混材料中,当PP含量(质量分数)为8%、POE-g-MAH含量为15%、尼龙66含量为77%时,共混材料的简支梁缺口冲击强度为11.09 kJ/m2,是纯尼龙66的397.5%,可以明显地提高尼龙66的冲击性能。
Abstract:This experiment adopted three types of polypropylene(PP) with the brand of FL7641 L,TF400, PPH-T03 as toughening agent, and three kinds of polyolefin elastomer(POE) with the brand of 8540, 9071, DF810 and polyolefin elastomer grafted maleic anhydride(POE-g-MAH) as compatibilizer,using the method of blending modification to study on toughening modification of nylon 66. The resultshowed that: the POE-g-MAH was apparent on toughening effect of nylon 66. The PP with brands ofTF400 had toughening effect within a certain range, and the toughening effect of POE was not obvious;the toughening agents all made the mass flow rate(MFR) of blending material decrease; In PP/POE-g-MAH/nylon 66 blending material, when the content of PP was 8%(mass fraction, the same below), thecontent of POE-g-MAH was 15%, the content of nylon 66 was 77%, the impact strength of blending ma-terials reached 11. 09 kJ/m2, it was 397. 5% as much as pure nylon 66. It can significantly improve theimpact properties of nylon 66.
